Steed is the most patient real estate professional I have worked with and I have purchased 4 homes over the years! We had tried another realtor in Durham who simply did not understand what we were looking for! Luckily Steed was recommended to us. We had a long list of must haves for Steed and told him we were not in a hurry as we wanted to wait for the "right" unit to come on the market in the community we wanted to move to. He worked with us for two years and when the 'right' unit come on the market he made his magic work and we are in our new home! Highly recommend!
